This is how you'll contribute:
- Work closely with the CEO in crafting Matbold’s partnership strategy
- Initiate and build long term relationships with current and potential business partners in the USA
- Research, investigate, develop and execute short and long term partnership strategy plan that will bring us to the next level
- Negotiate partnership contracts
- Manage Matbold’s existing relationships with external partners
- Travel to in-person meetings, conferences, and events to represent Matbold’s interests
- Understand the needs and pain points of potential partners to help shape Matbold’s business priorities

You’ll help with the execution of the Digital Designs, working closely with the Creative Director and Development Team located in Belgrade to translate digital identities and assets into seamless digital experiences.

5+ years' experience in Digital Design, Digital Products design
Great experience in UX/UI design
Portfolio with a decent number of digital projects
Experience in creating mock-ups, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, or similar methods
An eye and passion for detail
Motion Design skills are a huge plus
Digital Animation knowledge
Excellent communications and relationship-building skills
Design decision-making skills
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch
Fluent in English
A proactive approach to work
This will be your role:
Work closely with the Creative Director, Design Director
Working on digital products and experiences, mostly Mobile-first websites and Apps
Create intuitive and modern experiences – user-journeys, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes
