Our process starts with research before defining a Brand’s strategy, solving Brand architecture, and creating names. Then we focus on powerful visual ideas implementing and embedding them into Brands.
Born in 2019, our studios are located in Prague & Berlin, working together with global and local clients from all over the world.
We believe that as a specialized studio we dive deeper into the Brand’s world, creating stronger and more meaningful affinity with their consumers. Matija is a creative director who has worked on brand identities, designs, websites and campaigns for the past 24 years. His work has been awarded over 130 times at Cannes Lions, Awwwards, ADC, Epica, Eurobest, London Ad Festival, NY Festival and appeared in a number of publications. He’s been a speaker at numerous digital, innovation and creative events while also being a jury president or member at major advertising festivals.

Sandro is a young aspiring Art Director whose broad multidisciplinary skills, adaptability, and fast learning abilities enable him to surmount any creative challenge and make him a true problem solver. He works fast and precise, always putting a lot of thought into his work, and having grown up in Munich, he embodies the stereotype of German efficiency. With all his experience, he believes in sharing his knowledge, regularly giving workshops about Type Design for students at Prague City University, and speaking in front of other audiences like the Typographic Society in Munich.
Mattia is a Sicilian designer and art director who joined Matbold in early 2022. His academic journey, which began in Italy and concluded in Prague, is characterized by studies in the artistic field, including design, medieval art, and modern and contemporary art. This has instilled in him a remarkable sensitivity to the combination of colors, shapes, and spaces, as well as a passion for galleries, which have become his preferred weekend hobby.
Mattia is a versatile designer who enjoys experimenting with various tools and techniques, seamlessly blending music, art, and design. He loves to play with glyphs, typographical elements, and calligraphic characters, forging connections between the diverse languages of visual communication.
In addition to his creative pursuits, Mattia stands out as the only Italian in the world who doesn't drink coffee. Beyond his design talents, he also possesses culinary skills and is recognized as a great chef.
Saule is a dynamic and visionary individual, bringing creativity and energy to every project. With a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, proactive approach, coupled with her excellent communication skills, makes her an invaluable asset in fostering lasting client relationships and propelling the company's success.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Saule is an avid sports enthusiast, dedicated to coaching and personal development, reflecting her commitment to excellence in all aspects of life. Accomplished American Academy of Sports and Medicine and Academy of Coaching Excellence.
