As part of Professional Development Week 2025 at Prague City University, our Executive Creative Director, Matija, was invited as a guest lecturer to share insights with the next generation of designers and creative thinkers.

The talk, titled “Unfigure It Out,” focused on how to thrive in uncertainty — a reality every creative professional faces. Matija spoke about letting go of perfect plans, trusting your instincts, and finding momentum in motion. In a world that often demands clarity, the session championed the value of creative resilience, strategic risk-taking, and the power of action over overthinking.

Later in the day, Matija also held a series of design portfolio reviews with PCU students — and came away truly inspired. The level of ambition, raw talent, and thoughtful questions from the students reaffirmed what we believe deeply at Matbold: curiosity beats certainty. Always.
